Keep the school day organized.

A school day runs on many hands. Teachers take attendance and set work, the office keeps records in order, and parents want to follow their child's progress. School Portal gives each job a clear place.

  • Find student and class information

Student records, enrollments, classes and subjects are kept together for each academic session.

  • Record and review attendance

Teachers mark the register. The school office can review it and record any correction.

  • Share published classwork

Homework and diary notes reach parents once the teacher publishes them.

  • Give parents access to their children's information

Each parent sees the published records of the children linked to their account.

What School Portal does today

These features are built and being tested with the early-access release.

  • Daily Diary

Keep classroom notes, materials reminders and related homework together.

Three connected experiences

  • Organize teacher assignments

  • Set up exams and publish results
  • Issue fee invoices and record payments

How it works

The intended workflow for a school, from setup to the daily routine. During early access, we agree the setup scope with each school.

  1. 1

    Set up your school

Organize academic sessions, classes, subjects and student records.

  2. 2

    Connect staff and parents

Assign teachers and link parent accounts to the correct children.

  3. 3

    Manage the daily work

Record attendance, publish classwork, share results and keep fee records through the relevant accounts.

Clear access. Clear responsibilities.

School information is shared with the people responsible for it, and important changes leave a record.

  • School-scoped information

Each school's records stay with that school's accounts.

  • Role-based access

Admins, teachers and parents see the parts that match their role. Teachers work with their assigned classes and subjects.

  • Parents linked to the right children

A parent account shows only the children the school has linked to it.

  • Recorded changes

When attendance or results are corrected after publishing, the correction is recorded.

Questions schools ask

Straight answers, including what isn't ready yet.

Who is School Portal for?

School owners, administrators, teachers and parents. The school sets up its records and staff, and parents get access to their own children's information.

Can a parent access more than one child?

Yes. A parent account can have multiple linked children.

Who can enter attendance and marks?

Authorized staff, according to their school roles and teaching assignments. A teacher enters marks for the subjects assigned to them.

Do parents see draft work or unpublished results?

No. Parents see the published records they are authorized to access. Drafts and unpublished results stay with the school.

Does it accept online payments?

No. Schools can issue fee invoices, record payments they receive, give receipts and track remaining balances, and parents can see their fees and balances. Paying online through School Portal is not available.

Is it available on phones?

The interface is designed for phone-sized screens. Native-device testing and release preparation are still underway, so it is not yet in the App Store or Google Play.

Can our school start using it immediately?

The product is in early access. Schools can discuss their requirements and a suitable trial scope before a rollout is agreed.
